The fixed return you’ll earn at Good Bull Lending depends on how long you decide to lock up the funds. Our options include: a 6-month option with a 5.5% or 6% annual return, a 12-month option at 6.5%, an 18-month option at 7%, and a 24-month option with an 8% annual return. We also offer a unique liquid account, where our investors can earn 5% or 5.5% and redeem their investment at any time with a 15-day notice. Occasionally, some of our clients will decide to ladder their investment, much like you can with bonds or CDs.

“Good Bull,” is a double entendre! Several of us within the leadership of Good Bull Investments are Texas A&M Fighting Aggies, and “Good Bull” stands for anything that embraces the Aggie spirit or traditions. Like our alma mater, we want a strong defense, and we’re conservative, while getting wins for our investor group.

Good Bull Capital is also a reference to a good “bull” market, as one of our strongest values includes capital preservation.

Traditional financing (what society is used to) primarily consists of going to a bank and applying for a loan for a new home, car purchase, or refinance. However, sometimes traditional financing won’t work in certain situations, i.e., individuals who cannot afford to wait on normal bank underwriting timeframes or corporations that need bridge financing for special situations. Good Bull Lending specializes in these non-traditional special situation loans, with the speed and flexibility to get deals done and the due diligence and expertise to deliver consistent, favorable terms for our investors.

This is a rate that the investor base receives prior to any profits being shared with the general partners. Fund managers commonly offer hurdle rates to limited partners, the investors, as a form of protection against poor performance. Fund Two in Good Bull Capital offered an 8% preferred return.

At this time, we’re only accepting accredited investors. Good Bull Lending has a minimum investment requirement of $50,000, and for Good Bull Capital’s opportunity funds and syndications, typically the requirement begins at $100,000; however, these requirements are subject to change.

The two most common ways to qualify as “accredited” are either making $200,000+ in each of the last two years, $300,000+ combined with a spouse or spousal equivalent, or having a net worth of at least one million dollars, excluding your private residence. If your CPA can attest to either of these two requirements, you are an accredited investor, and we’d love to have you!

At Good Bull Capital, investor confidence starts with independent oversight. Our fund undergoes an annual audit by a reputable third-party accounting firm, and audited financial statements are provided directly to investors. We also offer secure online access to fund reporting, along with regular newsletters and investor webinars to keep you informed. Transparency, accountability, and disciplined reporting are fundamental to how we operate.

“Preferred” means the return is structured in favor of the investors over the general partners. In simple terms, investors are paid first. While all investments carry risk and returns are not guaranteed, the preferred return ensures that investors receive distributions before the general partners participate.
