Interest in domestic soccer is also on the rise since attracting one of the world's biggest stars, Lionel Messi, to MLS and since Apple TV launched MLS Season Pass on their streaming platform.

$6 million for Dallas multifamily. This loan was paid back within 90 days. Good Bull executed this deal the same day that we received the opportunity.
$4 million loan for land in Tampa, Florida (first lien). We received a full repayment in 78 days.
A prominent Texas-based syndicate group needed a $1.2 million emergency loan to close on a property in Houston. Received a mixed-use development in North Texas as our collateral. Repaid within 56 days.

Good Bull Datacenters is designed to complement our private credit and private equity platforms while maintaining the same standards of discipline, transparency, and execution.
