Abbey Delgado-Cruz

Abbey supports the VP of Operations and the broader leadership team by coordinating day-to-day operations, managing priorities, facilitating communication, and helping keep key initiatives and projects moving forward. With a detail-oriented and collaborative approach, she works across teams to streamline processes, coordinate projects and events, and ensure that the details behind the scenes are handled thoughtfully and efficiently.

Abbey earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning from the University of Houston in 2020. She later completed her MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University in 2022. With a background in finance, she is able to translate complex financial concepts into clear, thoughtful, and approachable messaging for clients and partners.

Abbey enjoys being a dependable resource for the team and takes pride in creating structure, anticipating needs, and helping turn ideas into well-executed initiatives. She values strong relationships and believes that thoughtful organization and communication are essential to a successful team.

Outside of work, Abbey enjoys cooking, spending time with her children and dog, and soaking up days outdoors at the lake. She values family, balance, and meaningful relationships, and she brings that same care and intention into the connections she helps build between the firm and its clients.
