Founded in 2021 and based in The Woodlands, Texas, Good Bull Capital is a private equity firm that operates with a defensive investment philosophy. Our goal is to earn above-average, risk-adjusted returns through direct investment across three sectors: real estate, operating companies, and private lending. Demonstrating our commitment, we acquired the historic Commodore on the Beach hotel in Galveston in June 2025, with plans for its exciting reopening in 2027.
