Gap and Special Situation Loan Performance



$6 million for Dallas multifamily. This loan was paid back within 90 days. Good Bull executed this deal the same day that we received the opportunity.

$4 million loan for land in Tampa, Florida (first lien). We received a full repayment in 78 days.

Prominent Texas based syndicator group needed a $1.2 million emergency loan to close on a property in Houston. Received a mixed use development in North Texas as our collateral. Repaid within 56 days.

The GOOD BULL CAPITAL FUND 1 was launched to maximize high-value targets within 3 asset classes in which GBC possesses immense expertise.

The fund focused on mature businesses as the preferred holding in order to drive returns. Additional investments included private loans and real estate.

Within the first two years of Fund 1’s launch, Good Bull was excited to return 30% of investors’ principal, well ahead of schedule!
